NCTO voices concern over planned tariffs on Mexican goods: Kim Glas, president and CEO of the National Council of Textile Organizations (NCTO), issued a statement last Friday following the Trump administration’s decision “to impose penalty duties on Mexico as an attempt to address the growing immigration dispute on the U.S. southern border,” according to a release.
