MENOMINEE, Mich. – Outdoor furniture producer Lloyd Flanders has made several changes to the company’s executive team.
Following the passing of company founder and CEO, Dudley Flanders, Sr., last month, Dudley’s daughter, Jess Flanders, will be the new chair of the board of directors for Lloyd Flanders. In addition to her new position as board chair, Flanders will continue her role as vice president of marketing.
The company has also named Gene Davenport as interim CEO and Warren Juliano as president.
